Since 2012, Farm in the Dell has provided employment for individuals with disabilities in our beautiful farm and garden setting.
We teach these individuals life skills while providing them with job opportunities that give them a sense of accomplishment and belonging.

At the farm, the Garden Engineers – our employees with disabilities – can experience a life that is joyful, productive, meaningful, and never marginalized.
