David Jensen
Board Member
David Jensen serves as Board President for Farm in the Dell. David graduated from South Dakota State University with a BS in Animal Science (Science Option) and Masters Study in Monogastric Nutrition. David also served from 1998 to 2006 as a Volunteer EMS and 2006 to 2016 in Fire and Rescue. David is currently employed with Prinsco (Leader in Agricultural Drainage and Supplies) as a Senior Production Manager. David and his family are very involved with their community through volunteer opportunities and participation at their church. David is the father of 2 autistic teenagers.
David Sigler
Board Member
David is a Board Member of Farm in the Dell RRV. He has served as the Vice Chair and interem Chair in the past. He is currently the President and CEO of Ion Holdings, LLC., a local distributor of safety and environmental products. He has served as a Youth Leader in his church Youth Group for many years. David has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance. He was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps in 2004 where he served as a Reconnaissance Marine and a Scout Sniper. David has 15 siblings and has multiple people in his family with both physical and developmental disabilities. His favorite part about being involved with FID is seeing our employees grow personally and professionally learning skills they can use for a lifetime.
Meg Bradley
Board Member
Meg serves as Farm in the Dell RRV's treasurer and has a bachelor's degree in accounting. She is active with special needs advocacy, serving as both a board member and support group facilitator for the Red River Valley Aspergers Network (2014–present). She served as a board member of FM Challenger's Baseball (2009–2017), and was a coach for Special Olympics Bocce (2014–2018). Meg is the mother of an adult son with autism.
Rikki Trageton
Board Member
Rikki is a founding board member for Farm in the Dell RRV. Her expertise with employment placement is a great asset to our team. Rikki is an employment services coordinator for Community Living Services.
Keri DeSutter
Board Member
Keri DeSutter joined the Farm in the Dell board in 2022. She is currently the Director of Teacher Education and Professor of Special Education at Minnesota State University Moorhead. During the growing season, Keri enjoys spending time at the farm weeding, harvesting, and interacting with the employees.
Vince Ulstad
Board Member
Vince serves as a board member for Farm in the Dell RRV. Vince grew up on a diversified crops and cattle feedlot farming operation. He has both a Master's of Science and Bacholor's of Science degree in plant sciences. He has been very active in his community, and has served on the board of directors for the Farm House Fraternity and the board of directors of the National Sunflower Association. He has also been a member of the American Phytopathological Society, the Weed Science Society of America, the North Central Weed Science Society, and the Western Society of Weed Science, Vince has worked with a private research firm and for Rohm and Haas Co. with developing hybridizing agents. Vince currently teaches in the Plant Sciences Department at NDSU. Vince also speaks to a wide range of target audiences since losing his sight in vehicle crash in 2009.
Glenn Urlacher
Founding Member
Glen is a founding board member of Farm in the Dell RRV and continues to serve as Farm in the Dell's board president. Glen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management from the University of Mary and an Associate Degree in Farm and Ranch Management from Dickinson State University. He has 20 years of experience with farming and farm related work. Glen has also worked as a plant manager for feed and soybean plants for 15 years. Glen is very involved with the local community. He has served on the Park Christian School Board, the Youth for Christ board, as a deacon in his church, and has lead Bible studies in his church. Glen is the father of a 25 year old son with autism.
Karen Urlacher
Founding Member
Karen is a founding board member of Farm in the Dell RRV. She has recently retired from the board, but continues to assist with nearly all volunteer opportunities at Farm in the Dell and also participates in special event committees. Karen has worked as a consultant dietitian at various hospitals, nursing homes, and at Fraser Ltd. Karen is very involved with the local community. She assisted in starting disability ministries in two churches in the FM area and has worked with these ministries for 12 years. Karen serves in many other areas in the community including helping with church activities, leading in her Bible Study Fellowship group, and being an active member of Inclusion Ministry. Karen is a mother of a 29 year old son with autism.
